Privacy, plainly.
What Offer Radar keeps about you, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. Offer Radar, Flight Deck and Flight School are run by Randall Labs LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "us").
The short version
- We never pull your credit, and we never sell or rent your information.
- If you read a credit report into Flight Deck, the file stays on your computer. Only the numbers you see on screen are saved.
- No advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Our own page counts carry no name, email or IP address.
- Stripe handles your card. We never see the card number.
- Email support@randalllabs.co and we'll send you a copy of your data or delete it.
What we collect
When you browse without an account
Nothing that identifies you. To see which pages are used, the site keeps an anonymous count: a random visitor ID stored in your browser (replaced every 30 days), the page or feature used, and the day. It doesn't record your IP address, browser details, the page you came from, your name or your email. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted at all.
When you sign up for the weekly state digest
Your email address and the state you picked, plus when you signed up. To stop abuse, we also keep a one-way scrambled count of sign-ups per network per day, which can't be turned back into an IP address.
When you start a trial or buy a plan
- Account: your name, email and password. The password is stored only as a salted, one-way hash, so nobody here can read it.
- Billing: Stripe collects your card and billing address on its own page. We receive your Stripe customer ID, your plan and its dates, and never the card number.
What you choose to add to your record in Flight Deck
All of this is optional. The more you add, the more exactly Radar can tell which lenders fit you.
| Part of your record | What's kept |
|---|---|
| Your fit | Score range, entity type, state and city, time in business, revenue range, recent inquiries |
| Businesses | Legal name, structure, state of formation, address state and city, date formed, and EIN if you enter it |
| Bank relationships | Bank, account type, open and close dates, which business it belongs to, the last four digits of the account (never the full number) and a balance range |
| Cards | Issuer, card name and type, dates, credit limit and intro-offer terms |
| Credit report numbers | Bureau scores, utilization, total limits and balances, open accounts, inquiries, derogatory marks, age of oldest account, and business scores (PAYDEX, Experian and Equifax business, D-U-N-S, tradelines), with a note of which file each number came from |
| Saved banks | The banks and cards you save, and your saved order |
About credit reports: when you read a report into Flight Deck, it's opened and read inside your browser. The document is never uploaded to us. We keep only the numbers listed above, and you can delete them.
If you came from FundReady
If you started from a FundReady audit, the audit you ran is attached to your new account: the personal-credit figures you gave it and the business details it checked. This happens only when the purchase confirms it came from that audit.
When you email us
Your message and whatever you include in it.
How we use it
- To run the product: sign you in, score lenders against your record, show your timeline, and keep your saved banks.
- To bill you and manage your plan.
- To send the emails you asked for: the weekly state digest, alerts about banks you follow, and notices about your account and trial (including a reminder before a trial turns into a paid plan).
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To understand which pages and features get used, from the anonymous counts above.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with banks or lenders. Nobody applies for anything on your behalf.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what each one needs:
| Company | What for | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments and the billing page where you change or cancel your plan | Your email, name, card, billing address and plan |
| Netlify | Hosting the site and storing account data | Everything stored in your account, held on our behalf |
| GoHighLevel | Sending our emails, handling unsubscribes, and keeping our customer list | Your email and, for members, your name, Stripe customer ID, your plan and its status (trial, paid, cancelled), and the content of each alert |
| Google Workspace | Our support inbox | Emails you send us |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. If a sale happens, this policy keeps applying to what we already hold.
Offer Radar and our member area at businesscredit.pro use one account system, so an account you create on Radar can also sign in there.

How long we keep it
- Your account and record: for as long as your account exists, so it's all there if you come back. Ask and we'll delete it.
- Digest sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- Records of which emails we sent you: 60 days for digests and 120 days for alerts, so nothing goes out twice.
- Anonymous page counts: kept to see how the product is used over time. They can't be traced back to you.
- Billing records: Stripe keeps payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
- See and correct it: everything in your record is visible and editable in Flight Deck.
- Delete it: remove any business, bank, card or credit-report numbers yourself in Flight Deck. To delete your whole account, email support@randalllabs.co from the address on the account.
- Get a copy: email us and we'll send everything we hold about you in a readable file.
- Stop emails: every email has an unsubscribe link. Account and billing notices continue while you have a plan.
- Stop page counts: turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser.
We answer requests within 30 days, wherever you live. We'll confirm the request comes from the account's own email address before acting on it.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes, the sign-in cookie can't be read by scripts on the page, and repeated wrong passwords are slowed down. We store only the last four digits of any bank account. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we'll tell you without unreasonable delay.
Children
Offer Radar is for adults running businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. For changes that matter, we'll email members before they take effect.
