Terms of service.
The agreement between you and Randall Labs LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "us"), for using Offer Radar, Flight Deck and Flight School. Using the site or buying a plan means you accept these terms.
The short version
- Offer Radar is a research tool. We aren't a lender or broker, we don't repair credit, and we can't promise any approval.
- Bank terms change. Confirm on the bank's own page before you apply.
- The Radar trial is $1 for 7 days, then the plan you picked renews until you cancel. We email you before it does.
- Cancel any time from Plan & billing. Forgot to cancel? See refunds.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Offer Radar covers U.S. banks and credit unions and is meant for people researching options for a business. If you use it for a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that company.
2. What Offer Radar is, and isn't
Offer Radar collects the terms that U.S. banks and credit unions publish on their own websites: their products, offers and stated requirements. It then estimates how well each one fits the record you give it.
- It's information, not advice. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to apply for any product.
- We aren't a lender, broker or credit repair company. We don't make loans, arrange them, apply on your behalf, or change anything on your credit reports.
- No approval is promised. Each bank makes its own decisions, using rules it doesn't always publish.
- Data can be out of date or wrong. We re-read bank pages about once a week, and banks change terms without notice. Lender scores and fit results are our estimates from public sources, such as banks' FDIC call reports, and the record you enter. Always confirm terms on the bank's own page before you apply.
3. Your account
Keep your details accurate and your password private. An account is for one person. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at support@randalllabs.co if you think someone else has used it.
4. Plans, trial and billing
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | The map, every lender, national banks' business cards, every personal card, and counts of the rest |
| Radar | $49 a month or $397 a year, after a $1 seven-day trial | Lender scores, your fit on every bank, your record, saved banks, alerts and the timeline |
| Flight School | $97 a month or $970 a year, no trial | Everything in Radar, plus BCP knows, the sequenced plan and the course |
- The Radar trial: you pay $1 today and get Radar for 7 days. On day 8, the plan you chose at checkout (monthly or annual) starts and is charged to the card you gave, unless you cancel first. We email you a reminder 2 days before the trial ends.
- Renewal: paid plans renew automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you signed up for, until you cancel.
- Flight School is never automatic. You only move to it by choosing it yourself.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and include any tax we're required to charge.
- Price changes: if we change a price, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first.
- Failed payments: if a charge fails, Stripe retries it. If it keeps failing, your plan may be paused or ended.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time from Plan & billing in Flight Deck or the account menu, with no call needed, or by emailing support@randalllabs.co. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling during the trial means you're never charged for the plan.
6. Refunds
- Forgot to cancel? Email us within 7 days of a monthly renewal or 14 days of an annual charge. If you haven't used Radar since that charge, we'll refund it in full.
- Something broke on our end? If the service didn't work as described, tell us and we'll make it right, including a refund where that's fair.
- Otherwise, charges for a period that has started aren't refunded, in full or in part. You keep access until it ends.
- The $1 trial fee isn't refundable.
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's almost always faster.
7. Fair use
Please don't:
- Copy, scrape, export in bulk, resell or republish Radar's data, scores or rule sheets, or build a competing product from them.
- Use bots or other automated tools to access the site, or try to get around the free line, sign-in or rate limits.
- Share your account or let others use your subscription.
- Reverse engineer the service, probe it for weaknesses, or disrupt it.
- Enter information you don't have the right to use, or use the service for anything unlawful.
8. Who owns what
Your record is yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Offer Radar is ours. That includes the database as compiled, the scores, the rule sheets, the course and the software. Bank names and trademarks belong to their owners; showing them doesn't mean they endorse us. Your plan gives you a personal right to use all of this while it's active, and that right ends if the plan ends.
9. Other websites and affiliate links
Offer Radar links to bank and card pages we don't control, and we aren't responsible for their content or terms. Some links to national issuers may become affiliate links that earn us a commission. They're always marked, and they never change a score or a ranking. See Disclosures.
10. No guarantees
Offer Radar is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit a particular purpose, or that any bank will approve you.
11. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows:
- We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. That includes lost profits, denied applications, credit inquiries, or decisions you make based on the service.
- Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if that's more.
Some places don't allow these limits. Where they don't, they apply only as far as allowed.
12. If you misuse the service
If someone brings a claim against us because you broke these terms or misused the service, you'll cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can. If we ever shut down a paid service, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date. For changes that matter, we'll email members at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, email us first: most problems are solved within 30 days. Any dispute we can't resolve that way will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you and we both agree to that location. Either of us may use small-claims court where it qualifies.
16. The rest
If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, that doesn't mean we've given it up. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. You can't transfer them to anyone else without our consent; we can transfer them as part of a sale or merger of the business.
